If maintenance components contain many cavities or complex recesses with heavy contamination, a good solution is to carry out pre-cleaning with a manual washing unit. Washing is performed in the cleaning chamber with the door open and steam extraction in operation. This way, splashes remain inside the chamber, the cleaning liquid flows back into the tank through filtration, and steam is safely removed via the extraction system.
