Aqua Clean Bogie Cleaning machine

The bogie cleaning chamber can be fitted with rails, allowing bogies to roll through the machine on their wheelsets. Alternatively, if more versatile cleaning of different components is required, the machine can be equipped with a powered cleaning carriage with integrated rails for the bogies. This allows the bogies to be rolled directly from the customer’s tracks onto the carriage, where they are locked in place for the cleaning process. The cleaning carriage also enables the cleaning of bogie frames without wheelsets, which can be lifted directly onto the carriage using the customer’s crane. Smaller parts can also be cleaned using separate cleaning baskets.
