Water filling and chemical dosing

Automatic water and detergent dosing are important accessories for cleaning machines.

Water filling is controlled by PLC logic and sensors, so the operator does not need to monitor the filling level of the machine’s liquid tank.

Automatic detergent dosing ensures the correct ratio of water to detergent, preventing unnecessary dilution or overdosing. In single-stage machines, detergents can be dosed together with water using an ejector-type dosing unit. In multi-stage machines, dosing is carried out with pump-driven units directly into the washing or rinsing tanks.

With automatic dosing, operating costs can be significantly reduced.
