The cleaning machine can be equipped with various integrated drying solutions. Component drying systems help enhance and accelerate post-cleaning drying. Aqua Clean has developed different solutions for a wide range of drying requirements.
TBV air blast drying: Heated compressed air is blown onto the components, removing most of the remaining liquid from the surfaces and speeding up the drying process.
DC hot air circulation drying: The cleaning machine is integrated with a hot air circulation oven and ducting. This method leaves the components almost dry (depending on the location of holes and channels) so they can be transferred to the next production stage. Circulation drying can also be used to heat components, for example, for fitting processes after cleaning.
Vacuum drying: Ensures complete drying even for complex components. The vacuum oven can be installed next to the cleaning machine and can operate in combination with the machine via a roller conveyor or robot.
