The single-phase parts cleaning machines of the AS series are ideal for maintenance cleaning needs as well as for light cleaning tasks in the machining industry without rinsing.
The cleaners feature a thermally insulated cleaning cabinet made of stainless steel, equipped with either a manually operated, hinged downward-folding door (HD version) or a lifting door with a gear motor (LD version). Both versions include a load carriage placed inside the cleaning chamber and a rotating spray pipe system with nozzles.
Cleaning and degreasing are performed by spraying hot cleaning liquid onto the components from all directions with high mechanical power. The used cleaning liquid is filtered and returned to the tank. Filter baskets are located in the intermediate bottom of the machine. The cleaner can also be equipped with a filtration unit to maintain the quality of the cleaning liquid.

The oil separator removes oil from the cleaning liquid using a rotating disk and scrapers.
The loading platform is placed in front of the cleaner, where the load carriage is pulled out from the cleaner.
The load trolley enables the movement of the load carriage to the desired location within production facilities, eliminating the need for a separate trolley for internal logistics.

Condenses the steam exiting the chamber back into liquid and returns it to the cleaning tank.
Removes steam from the cleaning cabinet after the cleaning process, directing it to the customer’s steam extraction ductwork.
