TT-3000N Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

TT-3000N is a floor-mounted 3000-liter ultrasonic cleaning machine for large components, equipped with a pneumatically driven cleaning platform and pneumatic lid. The platform is lifted to the upper position by air cylinders for loading and then lowered into the cleaning bath. This allows the use of an external hoist for handling the components, so the operator does not need to touch the parts at all. During the cleaning process, the pneumatic platform also agitates to improve cleaning efficiency. The unit is equipped with adjustable machine feet and a compressed air gun for blowing off residual cleaning liquid when the platform is in the upper position. Control is carried out via a digital or touch screen panel, which allows programming of different cleaning cycles and setting a weekly timer for automatic start-up at desired times.
